

The building custodian will also make sure all vendors are performing their work to our firm’s standards and will be the eyes and ears for our firm to ensure that the building is operating in a first-class manner. The building custodian will perform minor maintenance and repairs and keep track of preventative maintenance items such as elevator inspections, sprinkler system inspections and HVAC maintenance. Duties include resident and tenant interaction and assisting as needed, minor groundskeeping, and winter walkway maintenance. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
